WRESTLING FUNDAMENTALS
Monday 4:00pm to 5:00pm
This is an entry level wrestling class in the upstairs mat room. Coached by former collegiate wrestler and UFC veteran Justin Jaynes, this beginner class covers basic techniques and footwork to start you on your wrestling journey.

ADVANCED WRESTLING
Monday through Thursday
5:00pm to 6:00pm

This is not your average wrestling class. Coached by former collegiate wrestler and UFC veteran Justin Jaynes, this class covers basic and advanced techniques that can be applied in folk and international style wrestling as well as submission grappling and MMA. Justin makes this class feel as close to a collegiate wrestling room as possible, even turning the heat up to 90°! One of the toughest and most rewarding classes in the gym. Plan to have the best (and sweatiest) workout of your life!
