Monday & Wednesday - 7:00pm to 8:00pm (All levels)
Coach Jamie's boxing class focuses on the basics and fundamentals of boxing.
1st quarter - Dynamic Stretching:
Prepares your muscles for activity and reduces the risk of injury.
2nd quarter - Fundamentals:
Learn or review basic boxing stances, punches
(jab, cross, hook, uppercut), and footwork.
3rd quarter - Bag Work:
Practice punches and combinations on a heavy bag,
focusing on power and technique
4th quarter - Partner drills offense & defense:
Practice throwing and blocking punches together in combinations.
