ADVANCED NO GI
Friday 7:00 - 8:00pm
Join us Friday nights for a fast-paced No Gi class that combines high level sport Jiu-Jitsu with Collegiate Wrestling techniques. The class will focus on explosive takedowns, guard passing strategies, sweeps/reversals from bottom positions, and submissions, all while learning to capitalize on transitions to create finishing opportunities. This dynamic class is perfect for practitioners of all levels looking to sharpen their skills and take their game to the next level!
