XCMMA Cross Training is a high-energy, all-levels class designed to build strength, speed, and power through functional, movement pattern-based training. Each session blends mobility, dynamic stretching, strength work, conditioning, and athletic development in a fun, engaging environment. Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned athlete, every exercise can be tailored to meet your needs.
REQUIRED FOR CLASS

Comfortable training attire

Athletic shoes required (no bare feet!)

Water (no glass bottles)

Proper hygiene before and after training is mandatory.
