BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Monday and Wednesday from 6:00PM to 7:00PM (Ages 6-12)

Our Youth Program, designed for ages 7–13, welcomes students of all experience levels—from complete beginners to experienced competitors. Classes are led by multiple black belt instructors, providing personalized attention and exposure to a variety of grappling styles. Each session focuses on building skill, discipline, and confidence in a fun, structured environment.

REQUIRED FOR CLASS

  • Gi

MINI'S BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 4:30PM to 5:00PM (Ages 4-6)

Designed for children ages 4–6, our Minis Program introduces the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, supportive environment. We focus on essential movements and techniques, helping young students build a strong foundation. Each practice also includes guided sparring sessions where kids apply their skills in real time while building confidence, discipline, and respect.

REQUIRED FOR CLASS

  • Gi

  • Water (no glass bottles)

BANG MUAY THAI

Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm to 7:00pm & Saturday 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Our Bang Muay Thai youth program is comprised of different drills and combinations based on the teachings from some of the best in the sport. Our curriculum draws from Dutch and American kickboxers, MMA stars, and Muay Thai champions. Some notable practitioners are Bas Rutten, Joseph Benavidez and creator of the BMT system, Sensei Duane Ludwig. Youth BMT aims to prepare students to participate in our adult BMT program. We help kids grow into strong teenagers and beyond.

REQUIRED FOR CLASS

  • Boxing gloves (any weight)

  • Shin guards 

  • Water (no glass bottles)

CROSS TRAINING

Monday and Wednesday from 6:00PM to 7:00PM (Ages 6-12)

This is a fun fitness class for kids between 6 to12 years old. During this class we focus on footwork, agility, strength, and explosive power to benefit agility. We incorporate ladder drills, kettlebell workouts, partner exercises, and much more! 

REQUIRED FOR CLASS

  • Comfortable training attire

  • Athletic shoes

  • Water (no glass bottles)
