CARDIO KICKBOXING
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday
from 12:00PM to 1:00PM
This is a fun fitness class where we incorporate kickboxing techniques to get in a great workout. Our coaches will push you to your personal limits through bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, partner exercises, pad work, and heavy bag work.

Boxing gloves or bag gloves (any weight is okay)

TECHNICAL KICKBOXING
Monday through Saturday
from 9:00AM to 10:00AM
Following the Bany Muay Thai curriculum, this class demonstrates basic and advanced techniques taught to you by trained professional MMA fighters. This is an all-level class that teaches footwork and proper punching, kicking, knee, and elbow techniques via partner drills and pad work. Optional sparring is offered weekly to put your technique to the test in simulated fight situations.
