CLASSES

Mondays - 4:00pm to 5:00pm

Wrestling Fundamentals

This is an entry level wrestling class in the upstairs mat room. Coached by former collegiate wrestler Justin Jaynes, this beginner class covers basic techniques and footwork to begin your wrestling journey.

Monday - Thursdays - 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Advanced Wrestling

Coached by former collegiate wrestler Justin Jaynes, this class goes over basic and advanced techniques. Justin makes this class as close to a collegiate wrestling room as possible, even turning the heat up to 90°! One of the toughest and most rewarding classes in the gym.

*REQUIRED FOR WRESTLING CLASSES:

Comfortable training attire
Towel
Wrestling shoes (optional)
Mouth guard
Water (no glass bottles)
Proper hygiene before and after training is mandatory (showers available)
