Service Description

A combination of boxing and kickboxing drills and calisthenics and strength training, this class will push your cardio and burn calories while keeping things fresh and exciting to avoid plateaus. Our instructors use a variety of tools, from heavy bags and focus mitts to kettlebells, medicine balls, and Bulgarian bags, to make sure you get the most out of your training hour.
